The Agency makes no guarantees regarding the success of marketing campaigns or the achievement of specific results. External factors, market conditions, and client cooperation play a role in campaign effectiveness.

 

8.Limitation of Liability

 

The Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.

 

9.Governing Law

 

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be resolved through arbitration.

 

10.Changes to Terms

 

The Agency reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
